First, I would like to personally thank you for doing business with Ray's Roofing Supply. For 40 years, we have provided contractors with a diverse selection of roofing and building materials, enabling them to provide you with solutions for your project and pass on savings.
Ray’s Roofing Supply was established in 1977 and for the last 40 years has supplied many wholesalers, distributors, and large and small contractors with discount products.
In 1977, at the age of 26, Gary Murphy Sr. decided to open his own business. Gary’s dream was to start a discount building supply store that focused on roofing materials and retail hardware. Well, he accomplished that goal and the business is still thriving today.

Rays Roofing Supply has been serving the Chicagoland area for almost half a century! This was released in the newspaper about 40 years ago when the business first started. The two people in the image, Bob Marshall and Pam Bock, still work with us to this day! Although the time’s have changed from running the business from a trailer, our business concept has stayed the same. Which is to provide you with the best service and quality products possible at discounted prices!
